Zco provided what we asked them for, and that grew out of lengthy meetings with them. Our team would go up oftentimes, four or five of us, and we’d sit in the conference room for hours, or they would come down and see us. Many whiteboards and many user interface documents later, we hit upon the basic format. The user interface was over 100 pages. It’s a fairly sophisticated app right out of the gate.
